Junior IT Support Analyst / Trainee Support – High Wycombe - £20k

A Junior Desktop IT Support Engineer with good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems is required by our client in High Wycombe Buckinghamshire. A salary of up to £20,000 basic is offered.  

The successful IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing desktop support to users company wide. You must have good networking and Server knowledge and excellent Windows XP desktop skills. Experience supporting laptops and handheld PC's/PDA's is highly desirable as well as experience building PC's and general hardware troubleshooting.  

Candidates certified with MCP's or MCDST are at a distinct advantage, but this is not essential. This varied role would suit a Junior IT Support Engineer with good Windows 2003 or Windows XP knowledge. You will join a small team in a well established and professional organisation.

Salary to £20,000 plus training.

Location - High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
