PHP Developer to £35,000 – Salisbury, Wiltshire 

PHP Developer is required by a rapidly growing company based near Salisbury, Wiltshire. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £35,000.

Key skills 
- Extensive PHP programming experience in particular with the Kohana Framework. 
- Strong database knowledge, specifically MySQL knowledge. 
- XHTML, CSS, jQuery coding is highly desirable. 
- Good knowledge of different CMS desirable. 
- A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a dynamic and expanding marketing team. 
- Knowledge of web data analytics also useful i.e. Google/WebTrends. 
- Interested in creative online marketing including social app development, email campaigns, web design, SEO and possibly mobile development.

Duties 
- Maintenance of core PHP quote system based on the Kohana framework, whilst building/developing new quote system within an alternative CMS. 
- To develop digital resources to aid online campaigns including implementation of tracking code, A/B split testing, process management and usability testing.
- Responsible for integrating the MySQL database with the quote website and make changes to price mapping. 
- To assist the Online Marketing in the planning of overall company strategy regarding web development and search engine optimisation.
