Senior C# Developer – Brighton – to £40k 

Senior C# Developer is required by an expanding company based in Brighton, East Sussex. The successful applicant will lead a small team that designs, develops, and maintains web-based applications for an internal business unit focused on productivity and customer web based applications that support enterprise teams and their processes. The person in this role contributes to the organisation's success through experience in web-based front-ends, application programming, and key business systems.

-- Duties --
- Innovate, design, and build enterprise web-based solutions using primarily Microsoft technologies. 
- Troubleshoot and resolves application issues. 
- Adhere to coding standards/best practices while meeting technical requirements. 
- Collaborate with team members on technical requirements. 
- Documentation of application and system functions. 
- Infrastructure planning and maintenance.

-- Essential Skills --
- C#, ASP.NET, CSS, XML/XSLT and JavaScript. 
- Designing and maintaining databases with Microsoft SQL Server. 
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. 
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and management techniques. 
- Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve web application issues. 
- Version control, issue tracking, and build/release management experience
