Senior PHP Developer to £60K – Watford

Senior PHP Developer is required by a solutions provider based near Watford. Candidates can expect a salary of between £40,000 - £60,000.

-To co-ordinate, plan and architect new developments in our existing online software product. Written in PHP / MySQL / Javascript.
-To undertake hands-on coding to maintain and develop
- To support in technical implementation of client projects. Many clients require degrees of customisation, and this often requires development of new features or back-end database changes that would be implemented by the technical team.

--- Duties ---
- Designing and implementing new features within existing PHP software, including data structure changes.
- Diagnosing and resolving bugs and identified inefficiencies in existing code.
- Maintaining and writing documentation, of code and for users
- Ensuring continued integrity and robustness of databases and code.
- Testing of systems and building unit tests.
- Close collaboration with colleagues, using Agile programming principles where appropriate
- Consulting with colleagues and end-users to ensure customer needs are reflected in development of tools

Salary – to £60,000 + Benefits
Location – Watford, Hertfordshire
