Software Development Manager – C# / .NET - to £55k – Guildford 

Software Development Manager is required to lead a small team of C# developers by a company based near Guildford, Surrey. Candidates can expect a salary of around £50,000 – £55,000. 

This is a ‘hands-on’ role where a significant proportion of time should be spent on software design, development and testing activities alongside internal and external developer resources. The time split between areas of accountability would be in the region of 70% on Software Development & Maintenance and 30% on Management Activities.

- Ability to manage the performance of team members effectively  and support, and motivating them to achieve desired results. 
- Design and implementation of Software Architecture 
- Web development tools and languages. 
- .Net framework 4 (C#) 
- SQL Server, 
- Visual Basic / Microsoft Visual Studio. 
- Development Patterns. 
- Experience of VB to C# conversion
