Developer – VB / ASP – Preston / Lancashire – to £30k

A solutions provider based in Preston are looking to recruit a Software Developer with strong ASP and VB skills to join their expanding organisation. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of up to £30,000.

The role will involve implementing IT solutions to develop internet based business projects from conception to deployment, liaising with clients to understand specific needs and supporting third party applications.

The ideal candidate will have good working knowldge of ASP, VB5 and VB6, Java, SQL and HTML. Any knowldge of .NET would be desirable, although not essential. You must also have proven experience implementing business IT solutions and be customer focused with good communication skills.

This role is within commutable distance of Preston, Blackburn and Blackpool.
