A SQL Server Developer with strong knowledge of SQL Reporting Services and database design is required by our client based near Oxford, Oxfordshire. A salary of up to £30k is offered.

The successful SQL Server Developer must have strong reporting service and experience and database design skills. You will be responsible for database backup and data retrieval as well as maintaining high standards of data quality. You will project manage database developments and implementation and maintain systems integrity. You will report to the Business development Project Manager creating reports using SQL Server and Visual Studio Reporting Services.

You should have the following essential skills to qualify for this role:
- SQL Server 2000/2005, Management Studio and Reporting Services
- SQL database design
- OLAP design and manipulation experience
- MS Visual Studio experience
- T-SQL experience including triggers and stored procedures

An understanding of .NET technology and any experience of VB or Python is an advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Database Developer or Analyst Programmer to join a well established International R&D company based near Oxford.

MCAD or MCP qualification is desirable.

Salary to £30,000 basic (depending upon experience) plus Contributory Pension.

Location – Near Oxford, Oxfordshire.
