IT Trainee Support Analyst - Helpdesk - Bolton - £14k + Benefits

Our client is currently recruiting for a Trainee IT Support Assistant based in the Bolton area.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to customers in the retail sector. You will have knowledge of Windows NT,XP and strong customer service skills. A salary of up to £14,000 is offered (rising to Circa £16,000 after 6 months)

You will work on a busy helpdesk, and shift work is required. This is a superb opportunity to work for a market leading and successful organisation,which employs over 1000 employees worldwide.

You will hold a full UK driving license and you will be prepared towork shifts. These shifts vary between the hours of 6am and 10pm.
