Web Hosting Engineer / Account Manager – Uxbridge - £45k

A Web Hosting Engineer is required to manage the relationship with a dedicated portfolio of customers for a leading IT Company based near Uxbridge in Middlesex (West London). The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working with Web Hosting Technologies and will be looking for a role which will provide added responsibility. A salary of up to £45,000 is offered.

Web Hosting experience
Strong Networking skills which will include knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments.
Ideally some knowledge of Service Delivery and escalation management
Proven and excellent Customer Support skills
Proven problem solving skills
Knowledge of Co-location is desirable
ITIL (desirable)
