Helpdesk Support Technician - Solihull - £18k 

A Helpdesk Support Technician, with experience of proving 1st and 2nd line support, is required by a leading leisure business based in Solihull. A salary of up to £18k plus benefits is offered for the right candidate.

--- The Role --- 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced helpdesk support technician who will have the following: 
- Good knowledge of Windows 7/XP and Windows applications 
- Understanding of networks - TCP/IP, switches and broadband routers 
- Experience of building, configuring and repairing PCs and laptops 
- Ability to communicate at all levels and manage time and workload is essential 
- A qualification in an IT related subject or Microsoft certificate is desirable

- Provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business 
- Answer calls in-line with SLAs 
- Interpret and record technical information onto the helpdesk database 
- Assist the systems team with software roll outs
