IT Helpdesk Support is required to work for an expanding organisation based in Milton Keynes, the role will involve some shift work up to 7pm working a 37 hour week. Candidates can expect a salary of around £20,000 + good benefits.

Key skills

- Knowledge of Windows and MS software

- Professional telephone manner

- Helpdesk / Application Support knowledge / experience

The post is located in Milton Keynes and would particularly suit someone who has previous IT helpdesk experience and who is interested in tackling a new subject area and specialised software products.

Internal training will be provided where possible, although there may be a requirement to travel outside of Milton Keynes to attend training courses. There will also be a need to occasionally attend conferences and stay away overnight.
