IT / Desktop / Support / Windows 2000 / PC Support / Technical Support – Peterborough

IT Desktop Support Technician is required by our client based in Peterborough. The successful candidate will provide PC / Desktop Support to over 100 users at offices in Peterborough as well as some field IT support to 4 other sites in the local area. A salary of up to £24,000 plus excellent benefits is offered.

Skills Required

•           Previous experience within a technical support / PC support or Desktop support capacity.

•           Windows 2000 / XP Desktop Support      

•           MS Office 2003

•           Strong Problem Diagnosis skills.

•           Desirably the candidate will hold Microsoft Certification in either MCP or MCDST.
