IT Desktop Support Analyst (IT / PC / Support) – Cambridge – to £22k

IT Desktop Support Analyst is required with strong PC / Desktop support skills by our client based in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of Windows XP professional and MS Office as well as PC hardware troubleshooting, installation and configuration, an MCP would be desirable. A salary of up to £20,000 + benefits is offered.

This is a superb opportunity for a PC Support Analyst to join a leading organisation in Cambridge where you will support over 50 staff. You will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and be flexible to ensure the smooth running of IT within the organisation.

An MCP in Windows XP, or a CompTIA A+ or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Normal working hours are 09:00 – 17:30, Monday – Friday with occasional weekend work.

Salary to £20,000 depending upon experience
