IT Helpdesk Support - Manchester (4 Month Contract)

IT Helpdesk Support – 4 Month Contract – to £17k (Pro Rata)
IT Helpdesk Support Analyst is required for a 4 - 5 month period, by our client based in the Manchester area. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of around £17,000 (pro rata).
The role will involve receiving, analysing and managing customer support issues which may be received by via telephone, e-mail or in person. You will also be carrying our software upgrades and supporting 2nd line support staff in projects, testing and roll outs.
You will have previous IT Helpdesk experience, knowldge of EPOS and good all round knowldge of MS Office products. A good telephone manner is essential for this position.
The role will be for 4 - 5 months initially covering maternity leave. Within commutable distance of
