IT Service Delivery Manager –
An IT Service Delivery Manager is required by our client based in High Wycombe Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining service delivery processes within the department and with suppliers such as change management, procurement and service performance levels. You will ideally have experience of IT process management standards such as ITIL as well as excellent knowledge of IT Helpdesk environments. A salary of £50,000 plus excellent benefits is available.
The IT Service Manager will have the following responsibilities:
• Design the IT Service Delivery function for internal customers
• Implement and promote the use of ITIL processes and procedures
• ITIL or other industry standard IT management experience
• Set up and manage IS Service Desk processes, staff and systems
• Take ownership of quality control and application testing procedure.
You will also take responsibility for the maintenance of service management systems and resolution of service desk faults as well as and liaison with departmental managers on all aspects of IT. Applicants must be ITIL certified.
