The successful candidate will have some experience of working on an IT Helpdesk / Service Desk, and have exceptional customer service skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Logging, resolving, and updating all incidents from end users
- Responding to all calls within the agreed
- Administration of key IT Systems including Windows 2003 & Exchange 2003.
The successful candidate will be familiar with an IT Helpdesk environment and be looking for a new Service Desk role, in the Hertfordshire / North London /
Salary to £19,000 + Pension
