IT Support Analyst (Windows /SQL Server) - Herts - £26k
An IT Support Analyst with strong knowledge of SQL Server administration (restore / backups) is required to provide Web Application Support for a well-established International Software House based near Welwyn, Hertfordshire. A salary of up to £26,000 basic is offered (dependent upon experience).
Position
The IT Support Analyst will provide support for clients on SQL Server and bespoke web applications across a Windows network. You will provide desktop and server support and take responsibility for some software testing.
Specification
The IT Support Analyst will have strong knowledge of SQL Server and IIS Server as well as skills Windows XP and Windows Server with Active Directory. Strong customer service experience is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Graduate IT Support Analyst to develop their career with a rewarding and professional employer based near Welwyn, Hertfordshire.
Salary £21,000 to £26,000 plus benefits including flexi-time and pension
