Desktop Support Analyst - MCP - SW London - £25k (Desktop Support Jobs London)

IT Desktop Support Analyst with an MCP certification, required by our Client based in Fulham,
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and proven 1st line desktop support experience in a Windows environment. You will have experience of:
- Software installation
- Networks & switches
- Operating systems
- MS Outlook
- MS Active Directory (Desirable)
- MS Exchange server (Desirable)
- Any Enterprise Antivirus solution (Desirable)
- SQL server (Desirable)
Your main duties will include:
- Assisting staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
- Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
- Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment.
- Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated file servers, email servers, phone systems, application servers, and administrative systems.
- Assists in maintaining software licenses, maintenance agreements and documentation
This role would be ideally suited to a graduate with some IT Support experience looking to establish themselves in a Desktop Support role within this well respected advertising agency based near Fulham.
Salary to £25,000 + Benefits
