SQL Server DBA - Watford , Hertfordshire – £35k

SQL Server DBA is required by our client based in Watford , Hertfordshire. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £35,000. The purpose of this role is developing and supporting the SQL Server databases and ensuring their performance, availability and security.

--- Duties ---

- Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support database systems.

- Responsible for providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management.

- Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of SQL and MySQL development.

- Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades.

- Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales and costs.
