PC Support Analyst – Desktop MCP - Richmond, Surrey - £22k

An MCP certified PC Support Analyst with experience working in a ServiceDesk environment is required by our IT Solutions client based near Richmond, Surrey. A salary of £22k basic is offered for a fixed term contract over 12 months. The IT Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for onsite customer support for a large International Windows Server environment.

You will troubleshoot systems faults both remotely via VPN and face t to face with Managers and non-technical staff. The PC Support Analyst must have excellent experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows XP, MS Office 2003 and Active Directory in a Helpdesk environment. Knowledge of ITIL standards is desirable, but training will be provided.

Strong TCP/IP Networking, Router and connectivity skills are essential.. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior IT Support Analyst ideally with experience working in a Helpdesk environment. You will join an established and successful organization which provides support to a large International brand name.

Salary to £23k basic plus + Pension + Training
