PC Support Engineer – Home Users –
PC Support Engineer is required by an expanding company based near
Role Purpose
To run the Retail Support service providing customers and clients with professional advice and support for hardware and software problems via phone or face to face.
To provide first, second and third line technical support for all internal systems.
Key skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Laptops, Palmpilots, PC Hardware, printers, faxes and server technology.
- Knowledge of Windows XP and
- Experience troubleshooting network TCP/IP, LAN and WAN.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT / PC Support Engineer who will responsible for supporting Home and Small Business users based in the St Albans / Watford area in Hertfordshire.
Location -
Salary – to £26,000 + benefits
